Dena Feldman is the Director of Policy for Reality Labs at Meta where she oversees public policy work related to XR and metaverse products. At Meta, Dena leads a team of policy professionals who work with product/business teams, external stakeholders, and Meta's global public policy to align Meta's products with the expectations of policy stakeholders/emerging regulatory trends. Prior to working at Meta, Dena practiced law for seven years at Covington & Burling where she focused on areas of privacy, technology, and health care law.
